Can I make changes to my order I already placed?
While we do not recommend making changes to your order after it's placed, we completely understand. We ask that if you need to make a change to your order, please send us an email or message as soon as possible (preferably in the first 2 days of placing your order) to make sure that we update your order accordingly.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 5-7 days for us to process, assemble, and ship your order. If you place an order over the weekend, your order will ship during our normal business days. If your items are already in our inventory, we expect it to ship out sooner.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Send us a message or email, and we will be happy to help!
Who has my package and when will it deliver?
While we use carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS, we can't tell you the driver's name with your package, but we will send you a tracking number with the appropriate carrier information. Please allow the tracking number to process in the carrier's system (approximately 24 hours), and travel time varies by service and travel distance.
What is your return/refund policy?
You can return any item to us, for any reason within 10 days. The item must be in new condition, and the buyer is responsible for initial and return shipping costs as well as handling the return logistics. If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us prior to returning the item. We understand that this is a short window to make that happen, but we're a small operation that cannot handle a much longer period of time.
